Perinatal Support Group For Moms

This welcoming group is open to those pregnant or in the postpartum period.  You can join at any time. By participating in our sessions, you’ll gain access to a complimentary workbook focused on pregnancy and postpartum mental health. It provides you with evidence based resources and knowledge to help you thrive in your perinatal journey. Our group sessions are expertly facilitated by a trained therapists specializing in perinatal mental health.

Group Curriculum

Our Support group includes a workbook which includes 8 weeks of curriculum.  It is filled with education, tools and resources for specific challenges of pregnancy and postpartum.  

This group provides a safe space for pregnant and postpartum moms to connect, share experiences and support one another in the journey from pregnancy through postpartum.

Support Group for Dads

Emotional support for men transitioning to fatherhood or during the postpartum period is crucial for their well-being and the healthy development of their families.

A lot of emphasis is placed on perinatal and postpartum depression and anxiety experienced by expectant and new mothers during and after pregnancy.  We're here to tell you that Dads need support, information, and connection, too.

We are thrilled to offer this new support group specifically for new Dads.  Whether you're a dad trying to support a partner or you think you may be experiencing a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder, we want you to know you're not alone.

Our Dads group is facilitated by a therapist and a dad trained in paternal perinatal mental health.  Come and participate in a safe space where you can share your feelings and be surrounded with support.
