How quickly after sending a message will I receive a response?
We will answer all messages within 24 hours. Messages sent on the weekend will be answered the following Monday.
Can you check my insurance benefits?
We verify all mental health benefits with your insurance before your first visit. We will let you know what your deductible, copay, or out of pocket amount will be for therapy.
What if I can not afford counseling?
We believe in access to care. As such, we offer a sliding fee scale in an effort to allow anyone that needs support to access therapy at our clinic.
How do I choose a therapist?
Our skilled intake coordinator will discuss the issues you are hoping to address in therapy and your insurance plan and preferences, and will match you with the clinician that will be the best fit. If you have a clinician request we will do our best to get you in with that therapist.
